Good News from SSM!
Companies with Financial Year Ending 31 January 2020 until 31 March 2020 are now allowed to lodge 90 days Extension of Time application to SSM, to extend deadline for submission of financial statements and holding of Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Financial Year Ending (FYE) ➜ Can apply to extend to Extended Submission Deadline*

FYE 31 / 01 / 2020 ➜ 29 / 11 / 2020

FYE 29 / 02 / 2020 ➜ 29 / 12 / 2020

FYE 31 / 03 / 2020 ➜ 29 / 01 / 2021

*applications must be submitted to SSM by 30 September 2020.
