Refund policy

1. This Refund Policy is provided by YYC Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1143591-H) including its associates, related companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates who operate under the YYC brand, (collectively referred to as “YYC”, “we”, “our” and “us”)
2. All purchases of our courses are final and non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. By completing your registration for our courses, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this policy.
3. In circumstances where you are unable to attend the registered course, you must notify YYC in writing via email to [contact@yycadvisors.com] at least three (3) working days before the course date. Subject to availability and management’s approval, you may request a one-time transfer to another scheduled course. Transfers are subject to course availability. Any request submitted after the deadline, or failure to attend without prior notice, will be treated as a cancellation, for which the customer shall bear full responsibility. No refund or further transfer will be granted under such circumstances.
4. YYC reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any part of this policy and its terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. All changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our official website. You are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
