A: With effect from year of assessment 2023, expenses incurred on early intervention for children with learning disabilities such as Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD), Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome and Specific Learning Disabilities are eligible for tax relief up to RM4,000.
