Business Development/ Sales Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual with successful experience leading a sales team. The individual needs to be effective in people management, team motivation, planning and development of business strategies. The key aim of this department is to focus on acquire new clients in SME segment.

Job Responsible:

  • Manage the sales/ business development team’s KPI
  • Plan, strategies and execute to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Monitor the performance of sales team
  • Handle the full business development cycle – from sourcing to pitching and closing
  • To gather market information and build strong relationship with customer
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to increase awareness of YYC

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Relevant Degree Holders in Business Management or equivalent preferable
  • Broad business awareness and attention to every little detail
  • Strong leadership and ability to build business from scratch
  • Possess excellent verbal communication and strategic leadership qualities
  • Detailed orientated, work well in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong entrepreneur mind-set
  • Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Able to read and write in Chinese, is preferable
